There’s a old chorus that we used to sing in Sunday School -
“Yesterday, today, forever
Jesus is the same
All may change but Jesus never
Glory to His name”
Go on - admit it - who was singing along?!!
When we read today’s verse we are reminded that no matter what is happening in our lives or in the world around us, God never changes.
He is the same God that separated the Red Sea for Moses when the people thought they were trapped.
He is the same God who helped David kill Goliath when everyone thought he was too big and too strong.
He is the same God who sent His Son to die for us and then, when everyone thought that was it over, raised Him from the dead!!!
He is the same God who is with us every second through this virus pandemic, and He will help us through whatever happens in the next day, week or month. He is there for us girls, and He will never leave us. You are not alone in this.
All we have to do is put our trust in Him. That’s all.
Have faith, trust and believe.
