Day 85 - Praying for each other

When I first saw this wee cartoon I loved it so much I saved it on my phone. 

Then I thought about it and really wanted to share it with you all. What a lovely wee message it shares. 

Now, more than ever, we need to be helping each other out, backing each other up and above all - praying for each other. 

When we pray, God moves. 

So we need to pray - regularly, consistently and most of all remembering those around us. 

We don’t know what the women around us are going through. We really don’t. 

Some of their stories would have you in tears or up in arms on their behalf. 

And when we as women don’t want to share every part of our lives, how can we expect our friends to pray?

Because of this... 

We don’t need to know details. Because we are praying to God and He knows them all. We just need to be faithful and bring our friends to the King of Kings, knowing that He is the one who knows how to actually help them. 

Sometimes we won’t hear anything. Even after we’ve prayed and prayed for someone. 

Sometimes we hear results straight away and we can rejoice with them. 

Sometimes God will press on your heart to do something in particular - and if that happens DO IT!!! 

But sometimes, sometimes God performs miracles that they can’t even start to put into words. 

And I’m all of this - you just need to know that you being there beside her, praying for her, was exactly what she needed you to do. 

So take time today to pray for those women in your life that you love. It will be worth it.
